Simplify is worth it for students and new grads. Its free Copilot extension autofills Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS and Taleo forms. Simplify+ costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months, and adds tailoring plus an Autopilot that submits up to 20 applications a week with no review step. When is another tool a better pick than Simplify?
- You want to approve what an agent sends. Dreamwork (our publisher) asks before submitting when Review first is on, and so does AIApply's Review mode.
- You want more automatic submissions. AIApply sells 100 to 250 a month, and JobCopilot applies to up to 50 a day on Elite.
